Installation:

Follow the directory tree in archive. One file goes to plugins/code/
Make your way to "skins" folder.
Copy/paste content of append_to.css to CSS file of your skin.
Copy/paste oneclickvote.tpl file to your skin folder.
The two additional images goes respectively to img/ folder in your skin directory.

Go into the administration panel, then tab "Plugins", click the name of the new plugin, and at bottom of the plugin properties, select "Install all".
