Enables polls in Seditio pages

nice plug i admit this
however it gives me this error::
Fatal error : Wrong parameter in the URL.
and i managed the steps correctly?? how do i fix this error?

Installation:
1. Copy «pagepolls» to your Seditio plugins folder.
2. Copy «example_tpl/plugin.standalone.pagepolls.tpl» to your skin's folder and edit the template.
3. Apply changes to your «system/core/admin/admin.polls.inc.php» due to «patches/admin.polls.patch.txt» supplied.
4. Go to Admin => Plugins => Page Polls and install the plugin.
5. Go to plugin configuration and change page_extra field number if needed (page_extra4 used by default).
6. Add {PAGE_POLL} and {PAGE_ADDPOLL} tags to your skin's «page.tpl».
7. Add {PAGEEDIT_EXTRAN} (where N is your selected extra field number for the plugin) to you page.edit.tpl, otherwise polls will be disconnected from pages after you edit them.
Usage:
1. Users with Write permissions to the page and the plugin will see «Add Poll» link for the page. It will bring them to a simple form for new page poll creation.
2. Once created, a poll can be managed from «Admin => Other => Polls» only, just like the other polls.
