I created this website running mainly off one plugin Ive been working on for two days nows. You can add your site and banner to a list. Then you put our banner on your site and every time that banner is clicked you get one point on our website. The website with the highest points will be displayed at the top and will be visited more. You can sign up now but I am still working on the forums and pages etc.
